Zoë delivered 7 pups by c-section today (~2pm)... 4 girls, 3 boys. Zoë seems to be recuperating surprisingly well, but we'll need to keep an eye on her over the next 2-3 days as there might have been some complications ( Read more... )

our vet just called - she is worried by zoe's lack of delivery by now. (I wasn't worried, until she called!!) she wants us to come in to have an xray and so she can check on the pups ( Read more... )

Zoe's had a few REALLY interesting contractions; she contracted off and on until about 2am, then she and I slept until 7 (well, Emily woke up to nurse at 3:30, then fell out of my bed at 4 :-O ( Read more... )
